Human Flying Squirrels

Check out this crazy new sport developed in skiing places where there is no snow, so the guys need to find something else to do... its called wingsuit base jumping, and its a combination between skiing, parachuting, and well, flying...

It probably will be part of the Xgames soon enough....

SNAPSHOTS: Burgers

So I recently found an article talking about the worlds biggest, weirdest, and grossest burgers... yes thats right, even though burgers might be one of the main factors that cause obesity, diabetes, heart disease and heart attacks, people are still looking for ways to make them bigger and more dangerously close to giving you a stroke...

anyways, here is the top 5 from that list....

# 5 THE HOT-HAMBURGER:
This particular Burger consists of a beef patty all rolled up on top of a Hot Dog, topped off with some combination of cheeses from around the world.
# 4 BURGER-DOG:
Similar to the Hot-Hamburger, this english treasure includes a 1 pound burger, topped of with pieces of hot dog sausage, topped off with american cheese.



#3 THE FARM-BURGER:
Out of all the burgers in this list, this is actually easy to found... its a whataburger new meal which includes, a beef patty, eggs, chicken and bacon... thats right, as the name says so, it has a little bit of every farm animal available.

#2 THE JUMBO
This picture actually looks like someone who is trying to break a world record, but the truth is that, this people actually do sell this kind of burgers, made with the objective to give Pizza some competitions, this Jumbo Burgers, do look like a feast.

Thats right, that is the name of this infamous Burger made by the Heart Attack Grill, a restaurant in Arizona whose name is actually quite borderline in the dark humor department... considering how many people have had problems due to hamburger eating... Its commonly known as the Heart Attack Burger, but they also like to call it the Quadruple Double Bypass Burger...

... Thats right, this is the newest innovation in transportation... meet the Backpike, half backpack, and half bicycle...

It comes as an excellent resource for now for downhill bikers, you carry it on your back all the way to the top of the mountain, a nice little hike with your girlfriend, and after all you drop to your knees and start the fun... maybe someday we will see one with an electric motor, that way it wont be heavy or expensive, and it will be an awesome way to get to work... The Jetsons anyone?

The BEST Network Programming

I recently made an investigation to see which is the Network with the best programming on television, and although FOX has major hits like 24, Family Guy and the Simpsons, NBC has great ones like 30 Rock, SNL, The Office, Football Night in America and Chuck and ABC has Lost and Desperate Housewives, the definitive winner and a surprising one at that was CBS.

Remember, this is all my opinion. CBS has done a really interesting comeback as the best network on television with excellent drama and comedy shows. Such shows include: Two and a Half Men (which right now is the most watched sitcom) followed by The Big Bang Theory which is in second place in the ratings. If that wasnt enough, How I met your mother comes in as one of the best programs ive seen in recent years on TV, it kind of makes you remember FRIENDS... I usually tell people that HIMYM is like the Friends of this decade. Some other great CBS comedy hits include Gary Unmarried, Rules of Engagement and the recent hit Worst Week.

Now in the Drama part, they also have amazing shows, including the whole CSI: Crime Scene Investigation series, which now has 2 or 3 more versions including New York and Miami. The missing persons hit drama Without a Trace, and in the News reporting department they also have 60 Minutes, which is also one of the most watched shows in the nation.

To top it off, they have been hosting the Price is Right for over 30 years, Late Show with David Letterman and the Late Late Show, and they also have hit shows such as Survivor and Big Brother renewing constantly, so IMO CBS is winning the race against the other networks, it doesnt have a huge lead, but it is winning right now...

The most loyal fans

Some people say that the Soccer Fans in Monterrey are the best soccer fans in the nation, this has been said around the news in recent years... however I write this post to inform the real LOYALTY of these fans.

Last Saturday I was watching a game between Atlas and Tigres (UANL), Tigres being one of the two teams that have their team and fanbase in Monterrey, and one of the guys I was watching the game with (he knows who he is... RR) sold his LOYALTY to his team, just for a miserable 10 dollars.

Thats right, these guys say they are pretty loyal, however, he was sure that his team was going to lose the game, me, being a Rayados fan, which is the biggest rival and other team in Monterrey, made a bet with him, and I told him, I bet you 10 dollars that Tigres wins the match, he had such disbelief for his team and was so sure they were going to lose, that he took the bet... in the end the result of the game was 1-1 and we each got to keep our money, however I was really sad to see that a fan, who considers himself a part of this LOYAL fanbase, turned on his team just for 10 dollars......

This truly is the most LOYAL fanbase in the nation...

As usual, we saw many good trailers on the Super Bowl, however in my opinion, to my taste, one of the most attractive ones was the GI JOE trailer... here it is for the ones who missed it...

Transformers 2 Rise of the fallen was also a good candidate for the best trailer...
