Some people say they dont really trust the forecasts they usually give on accuweather.com well after watching this video you can certainly see why...
this is the philadelphia weatherman, and he is juswt plain insane, I am guessing the people from philly like to be treated like that or he has no rating whatsoever...
maybe he is on crack...
