Yes its true, the video is just as it sounds, I guess its another one of those weird Japanese game shows, where the contestants are dressed as some kind of pacman and yes they gotta eat the little yellow balls, only one difference with the original game...

here if the bad guys catch you instead of eating you they beat you down...
