What happens when people dont obey the rules on the streets? idiotic happens... look at this moron, who even as he has the warning and the lights and the bar that doesnt let him cross... he still tries to and almost gets squished for doing so...

Morons are morons. They are the same everywhere. The way we deal with them may differ from place to place.
I just heard that my friend won a personal injury case after hiring some los angeles car accident lawyers firm. That is in fine way to deal with morons in the US.
