Wow.... just wow, why wasnt this moron fired? thepage sayas that the plane was delayed and the agent promised that the would sing for them, and he kept his promise... i mean there is christmas spirit, but this is just sad... hahahaha nah I bet the guys had a good laugh after the plane had been delayed...

I noticed the link back from my vid and I appreciate you posting it!
Our original plane had a broken radio, we then had to change concourses to wait for another plane. The entire AA staff was helpful throughout the ordeal. and the singing was much appreciated after the delay. I'm Curious why you feel he should be fired?
